We had a lovely walk today at Evesham country park. It was nice to see so many hounds and owners enjoying the walk. Dez and Ellie loved their first walk out from Daybreaks, I'm certain these two are going to make super pets for some lucky people. The weather was perfect, warm and sunny and not too hot. Thanks as always to the organisers and Sally's lovely cake xx

This Sundays Stratford Walk will take place at Evesham Country Park (The Valley).
This venue gives us the opportunity to combine a pleasant hour long riverside walk and afterwards take as many dogs as possible into the shopping courtyard to show what wonderful family companions greyhounds can make.
If you would like to perhaps help find future homes for our greyhounds as well as en joying the walk please join us at the top end of car park by the mini railway from 10.30 for 11.00 start.
Full details are on website

We had a lovely Stratford walk today. The sun came out and although black clouds drifted across the sky it stayed dry. We loved Sally's Easter bonnet and the Easter cake was super. Our favourite girl georgous Belle enjoyed a cup of tea at the end of the walk, preferring Pam's as it had sugar. Belle also loved the cake, she is such a beautiful hound. Thanks as always to the organisers xx

Thanks to all who came along to the Easter Sunday Stratford Walk today The weather was kind and remained dry throughout.
36 dogs enjoyed the walk across the racecourse and along the Greenway, stopping by the river before returning to our starting point for teas coffees and Sallys excellent Easter cakes.
Daybreaks resident Belle enjoyed her day out. She's a very loving small dog friendly girl ready for her permanent home.
It was also great to see foster girl Judy who is thriving under the foster care of "Auntie" Caroline and although still cautious on first meeting is gradually gaining her confidence as she realises there are people out there waiting to give her a life of love and care.
Next months walk on May 21st is at Evesham Country Park which not only provides a great riverside walk but a wonderful shopping/dining experience too. So please consider making it a full day out and about in the countryside and help spread the word that "Greyhounds Make Wonderful Pets".
