Mell Square Street Collection and Roadshow

Saturday 21 Jul 2018

Updated: Monday 20 Nov

Our Greyhound Awareness Roadshow will run from 9.00am until 4.00pm.

We are always very popular here as our rehoming centre Daybreaks Kennels are just a short drive away. Come and meet our delightful greys and our dedicated team of volunteers.

If you are thinking about adopting a greyhound there will be plenty of information available.

Our 'Daybreaks Kennels' of Solihull are about 5 minutes drive away by car. Pop along for a visit to see the greyhounds available for homing.

We pride ourselves for our after care service. We have a dedicated team of experienced volunteers who will be at the end of a phone for advice whilst your greyhound settles in to its new home.

If you have a retired greyhound and would like to help at this roadshow :-

Please contact Lisa via the Kennels on 01217827702 or email lisa.campbell@rgtperrybarr.co.uk

Many Thanks Lisa

We had lots of interest in the dogs waiting for homes, plus lots of people wanting to volunteer at the Kennels.... Heres hoping for some good outcomes.

Thanks to everyone who helped out today, we raised over £200... Special thanks to Ricky and Jess who helped set up and breakdown... Sam (kennel dog) had a fab morning out and wasnt fazed by other dogs, jazz music, pigeons or children.... What a great companion he is going to be to someone...

Do we have any volunteers with well behaved dogs that have done roadshows before???. We are in need of some shifts covering... 9am until 11am and 11am until 1pm...also breakdown from 3pm until around just before 5... Let me know if you can help.
