We have been invited to St George's Church  Summer Fare

The address where the event will take place is St George’s C of E Church, St George’s Square, Barbourne, Worcester, WR1 1HX. The event is mainly in the square with events also taking place in the church and church hall. The time is 12pm until 4pm.

The square is closed to vehicular traffic on the day with all of the stalls laid out on the road facing the grass in the centre. There is usually a stage at the top of the grass area in the square where the entertainment is based.

 This year’s event is still in the planning stage but confirmed activities include entertainments of singing and dancing with a band yet to be confirmed, cake stalls, jewellery and crafts, cards, strawberries and cream, Pimm’s and Lemonade, grand raffle, tombolas, face painting, bouncy castle, children’s fun and games, ice cream, refreshments, pig roast etc, etc

Come along and meet our volunteers with their greyhounds and find out what it is like to take on a grey as a pet. 

We pride ourselves for our after care service. We have a dedicated team of experienced volunteers who will be at the end of a phone for advice whilst your greyhound settles in to its new home.
